For churches and organisations distributing hampers and gifts. Tell us about the households you're requesting for, and send it back to us in one click.

How this works

A few minutes to complete

  1. Fill in your church and contact details.
  2. For each household, give it a short identifier (a surname, letter or number) so we can label the hampers correctly.
  3. Add one entry per person in that household — their age and gender. For example, if the identifier for the household is their surname, e.g. 'Smith', and they have three members, George, Judy, and Leroy, each of them is a separate person under the 'Smith' household.
  4. For any child under 2, please add the age in months too, so we can match gifts to their stage.
  5. Note any special requirements (allergies, gift needs, mobility).
  6. Press Send to Jericho Road — your request is sent to us straight away. There's a download backup too.

Please note: we do our very best to meet special requirements, but we can't guarantee every request will be met. Flagging them early gives us the best chance.
